About us
Baltic Sea Labour Network (BSLN) is a transnational cooperation project of 22 partners and associated partners from 9 countries in the Baltic Sea Region. The project started in October 2008 and will continue until 2011. The project is partially financed by the European Union (European Regional Development Fund).
Working Together for Sustainable Labour Markets
Never before have employees, employers, politicians and governments worked together to create sustainable regional labour markets in Europe.
The BSLN is built upon national and transnational tripartite collaboration and we provide a BSLN Forum for decision and policy makers to combine knowledge and ideas in order to come up with strategies, policies and practical solutions.
The BSLN works to provide a comprehensive picture of the challenges facing the Baltic Sea labour markets in the BSLN Network of Knowledge.
We do our best to combine knowledge and ideas to promote positive change in the Baltic Sea labour markets.
One of the main objectives of the Baltic Sea Labour Network (BSLN) is to develop a Political Agenda for Sustainable Labour Markets in the Baltic Sea Region. The Agenda will be prepared in cooperation with employer organizations, trade unions, politicians, academics and various labour market experts.
How to Join us?
The BSLN calls on trade unions, employer and business organisations, politicians, experts, public officials, NGOs and academics to strengthen dialogue and open new communication channels in order to achieve sustainable development.
