Facilitator Team

The 10 member tripartite Facilitator Team is the operational driving force of the project and generates the transnational activities.

The team coordinates the transnational activities and supports all the partners in the development and carrying out of national action plans and in setting up the coordination centres in the focus countries Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Poland.

The team makes sure that both the national and the transnational topics and activities are suitable for the overall project aims and it agrees yearly on the BSLN workplan.

The team is primarily a platform for internal information dissemination, but may also address joint statements or press releases related to the operational progress of the project.

The team is also the tripartite preparatory body for the Steering Committee as well as for conferences, workshops and other transnational events.

The work of the Team is based on tripartite cooperation and social dialogue. The Team aims at collective and unanimous decision making.

The chair of the Team is the project manager.

The Facilitator Team holds video conferences regularly and a meeting at least every half a year.
